Terms of service

These terms govern your use of Vertiscale. By creating an account you accept them. They are written to be read: if something is unclear, write to us.

1. Who we are

Vertiscale is run by XX (legal name), XX (address), France. "We" means this company; "you" means the person or business using Vertiscale. Contact: XX (e-mail address).

2. What Vertiscale does

Vertiscale is a studio for short vertical videos. From an idea, it researches facts, writes a script, makes a different version for each of your accounts (hook, angle, language), voices and edits it, publishes it to the accounts you connect and shows the results.

Vertiscale uses AI models. Nothing is published without your validation, unless you switch a series to autopilot, which you set and can stop at any time.

3. The private beta

During the beta, Vertiscale is free and some features are marked beta or coming. They may change, stop or have errors. Prices shown on the site are planned launch prices; we will tell you before any paid plan applies to you.

4. Your account

Vertiscale is for businesses and creators aged 18 or over. You give accurate information, keep your password safe and are responsible for what is done with your account. A workspace may have several members; its owner is responsible for them.

5. Plans and AI credit

Each plan includes a monthly AI credit, counted at the real cost of the paid work done for you (writing, voice, pictures, analysis). Vertiscale shows the price of each paid step before it starts and never goes beyond the credit left. Unused credit does not carry over and has no cash value.

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe once they open. You can stop at any time; the plan stays active until the end of the month already paid. XX: refund and withdrawal rules to confirm with a lawyer (consumer law for individuals).

6. Your content

Your ideas, files, brand and the videos made for you remain yours. You give us only the right to store, process and publish them as needed to provide the service, including sending them to the providers listed in the privacy policy.

You must have the rights to what you upload (videos, photos, music, logos, faces and voices of the people shown).

7. Repurposing other videos

Vertiscale can read the structure of a public video (its hook, beats and pace) so you can make your own. It never copies another creator's words, pictures or name, and never reposts or translates someone else's video as it is. Faithful translations and remakes are for your own videos, or for accounts that gave you their permission, which you declare.

8. Publishing to your accounts

Vertiscale publishes only to accounts you own or manage, through the official APIs of TikTok, Instagram and YouTube. You remain bound by each platform's own terms and are responsible for following them, including their rules on AI-generated content labels, spam and duplicated content.

Platforms decide on their own what they allow; we cannot guarantee that a post is accepted, reached or kept by a platform.

9. What is not allowed

  • Buying, farming or faking accounts, followers, views or engagement, or using Vertiscale to get around a platform's limits or bans;
  • impersonating a person or a brand, or posting fake reviews, testimonials or figures;
  • illegal, hateful or misleading content, or content that infringes someone's rights;
  • trying to break Vertiscale's security, overload it or reach another workspace;
  • reselling access to Vertiscale without our written agreement.

If these rules are broken, we may remove content, pause publishing or close the account; except in an emergency, we write to you first.

10. AI can be wrong

Scripts are built on sourced facts and checked by a second model, but AI can still make mistakes. Read what goes out: you are responsible for what is published on your accounts.

11. Ending

You can close your account at any time; your data is then deleted as the privacy policy describes. We may close an account that breaks these terms, after telling you, or end the beta with reasonable notice.

12. Liability

We do our best to keep Vertiscale running and your files backed up, but we cannot promise a service without interruption. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the event, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost revenue or a platform's decision about your account.

13. Changes

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we tell you by e-mail at least 30 days before. If you disagree, you can close your account before the change applies.

14. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. Before any court action, write to us so we can try to find a solution. Consumers may also use a mediator: XX (name and website of the consumer mediator). Failing an agreement, the courts of XX have jurisdiction, unless the law gives a consumer the right to go to the courts of their home.
