Book a demoThe iPhones are real devices, bought retail. Cloud Android phones are Android systems running on servers. Your dashboard and the API always say which kind each phone is.
It is a retail phone with its own SIM and number, so apps see the phone they expect from a real customer, and it keeps Apple’s own security: encrypted storage and apps kept apart. A cloud Android is cheaper and starts in seconds, but it is virtual: no SIM, and some apps refuse to run on it.

The official apps, on your own accounts. Each app has its own rules and some limit automation: you check the terms of the apps you use, and your agent stays within them. A few apps are blocked on our phones, and we pause an app if its rules change.
We keep it to 3 TikTok accounts and 5 Instagram accounts per phone, each signed in on that phone only. For more accounts, add a phone. Each account gets its own videos and its own posting times.
No. You sign in to your own accounts, or create them yourself on your phone from the live view. We never make, sell or hand over accounts, and a phone is never used to fake activity or to post the same video on many accounts.
We set this up with each team: your app installed from a file or from its store, accounts signed in by you from the live view. On a monthly phone they stay; on a per-minute phone they are wiped at the end.
Hosting region, log retention, a data-processing agreement and measured speeds (per action and for the live view) are shared with each team before it starts. We publish measured figures, not promises.
Real iPhones are in the United States and France for now, each with a local SIM and a private home connection in that country. The data allowance is shared before you start. Cloud phones have no SIM.
No. We respect apps’ checks and limits, and our phones are only for tasks where automation is allowed.
Your logs, screenshots and replays are yours: export them, or ask us to delete them. Nothing from your phones is used for anyone else.
